I am pleased to announce that the 2nd Emergency Medicine Society of Ghana Conference (EMSOG 2025) will be held in November 2025. This event will bring together emergency medicine professionals, stakeholders, and enthusiasts from across the nation and beyond to discuss advancements, share knowledge, and collaborate on the future of emergency medicine in Ghana.
In an effort to provide a more organised and impactful conference schedule, The Management Committee has decided that the EMSOG conference will be held bi-annually, starting from 2025. This adjustment ensures that our conference will not coincide with the African Conference on Emergency Medicine (AfCEM), which is organised by the African Federation for Emergency Medicine (AFEM). By holding our conferences in alternate years, we aim to maximize participation and engagement in both events, providing greater opportunities for learning and networking.
