Abstract Submission Guidelines

We welcome original research, case reports, quality improvement projects, and educational innovations in all areas of emergency medicine, including but not limited to:

Sub-specialty Tracks:
•    Prehospital and Disaster Medicine
•    Pediatric Emergency Medicine
•    Trauma and Critical Care
•    Toxicology and Environmental Emergencies
•    Emergency Cardiology
•    Emergency Neurology and Stroke
•    Infectious Diseases and Public Health Emergencies
•    Ultrasound in Emergency Medicine
•    Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems
•    Simulation and Medical Education
•    Health Systems Strengthening and Policy in Emergency Care
•    Global Emergency Medicine and Humanitarian Response

Submission Requirements
•    Abstracts must be no more than 300 words.
•    Include: Title, Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
•    Indicate your preferred presentation format: Oral or Poster.
•    All submissions must be in English.
•    Deadline for submission: 8th November 2025
•    Submit abstracts via: EMSOG email address
